Purge Assemblies
Purging should be performed before system start-ups to remove contaminants such as air and water vapor from the gas delivery system. Also, purging should be done before changing out toxic and corrosive gas cylinders.

Straight Purge Assemblies
The straight purge assembly is connected to the regulator body via an auxiliary high pressure port. The gas is vented through the body to a downstream location.

Tee Purge Assemblies
The tee purge is normally connected between the cylinder and the regulator. The system can be flushed with the purging gas to remove contaminants prior to start-up or after a cylinder change.

Cross Purge Assemblies
The cross purge assembly is also used between the cylinder and the regulator. In addition to the features on the tee purge, the deep purge assemblies have an inlet isolation valve and a vent valve.
