VH31 Torch Handle Recall
Steps to Identify Recall Eligibility
Step 1:
Locate the VH31 Torch Handle. See Image 1.
Step 2:
Look for the following date code on the torch handle: QH, QJ, QK, QL, QM, and RA. See Image 2. If your torch has a different date code, it is not subject to the recall. If your torch has one of these date codes, proceed to Step 3.
Step 3:
Rotate the handle to determine if the torch handle also has a verification stamp “O.” See Image 3. If your torch handle has an “O” stamp, your torch handle is not subject to this recall.
