MIG (GMAW)

ER316 GMAW (MIG)/GTAW (TIG)/SMAW (Stick)/FCAW (Flux-Core) stainless steel welding wire, electrodes and flux-core is used to weld base metals of similar composition, low carbon molybdenum-bearing alloys, and in elevated temperature applications.

DETAILS

316 stainless steel welding alloy is usually used for welding similar alloys (containing about 2% molybdenum). It is also for high temperature service applications. 316 is available for GMAW (MIG), GTAW (TIG), FCAW and SMAW welding processes.
